The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light".

"I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world"!

This is the confidence we have in approaching God; that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.
